Automotive Technician Accreditation is a national voluntary scheme which tests the current competence of individuals working in the retail motor industry, who are committed to an ethical code of conduct.
You can now prove your competence with ATA
With the increasing complexity and sophistication of vehicles and a shortage of skilled individuals, there has never been a greater need for competent Customer Service Advisors.
Properly trained Customer Service Advisors are highly skilled professionals. “Technical Customer Service Advisor – Rental & Leasing ATA” has been developed to enable them to attain recognition within the industry and to be easily identified by the customer.
ATA is a voluntary assessment programme. ATA “Tech.Customer Service Advisor – Rental & Leasing ” has the backing of the key organisations in this sub-sector and, of course, The BVRLA.
ATA-registered Tech. Customer Service Advisors sign and are bound by a special Code of Conduct. They are issued with a photo identity card and a certificate, as well as being included on a public register. There is a dedicated website and point-of-sale material is also made available to them once they are accredited.
